Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst IV to support analytics modernization, Power BI reporting, and AI-enabled insights in a remote role within the United States. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and other teams to deliver scalable analytics and dashboards that drive commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support commercial and business performance tracking.
  • Analyze commercial performance data to identify trends, drivers, exceptions, and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Support data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and business readiness.
  • Support AI-enabled reporting and analytics initiatives, including automated insights, dashboard summaries, self-service analytics, and approved enterprise AI capabilities.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Information Systems teams to gather requirements, define business and reporting needs, and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
  • Investigate and help resolve data quality issues while supporting KPI governance and reporting standards.
  • Develop reporting documentation, user guides, and training materials that support adoption of analytics tools and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automate manual processes, and enhance data-driven decision making.

The AD&M Commercial Excellence team has an opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst IV to support the organization's analytics modernization, Power BI reporting, AI enablement, and data governance initiatives. This role will help drive the transition to OneData, Power BI, and AI‑enabled business insights while supporting commercial leaders with actionable analytics and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will be a detail‑oriented, analytical, and collaborative individual, who is comfortable working across business functions and translating complex data into practical insights in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

What your background should look like:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred or equivlent experience; Master's degree preferred.

6+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, finance, reporting, or a related analytical role.

Experience creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data manipulation, and analysis.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Experience working with large datasets and multiple business data sources.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

Ability to communicate analytical findings and business insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Working knowledge of data modeling concepts, including data relationships, granularity, measures, and dimensional reporting structures, is preferred.

Experience with SQL, Power Query, DAX, Salesforce, Databricks, or similar enterprise data platforms is preferred.

Exposure to AI-enabled analytics tools, including Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies, is preferred.

Experience supporting reporting modernization, automation, or migration initiatives is preferred.

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $113,000 - $141,300(subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
