Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Demand Analyst III in Middletown, PA to create and maintain accurate forecasts for OEMs across regions. The role collaborates with account managers, product management, and operations to drive revenue opportunities and improve forecast inputs, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate brings a BS in Supply Chain or related field, 3+ years in supply chain, strong Excel skills, and solid analytical abilities.

Qualifications

  • BS Supply Chain, Demand Management or related business degree
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • General understanding of statistical forecasting methods and terminology

Responsibilities

  • Interface with account managers and various product management teams to understand the customer’s business and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Support the Sales and Product Management Teams
  • Support the monthly Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) process
  • Utilize analytical and statistical forecasting tools to monitor and adjust demand plans
  • Facilitate consensus discussions between Global Sales, Product Management and Operations teams
  • Drive continuous improvement on processes and methodologies for collecting information and predicting demand

What You Will Be Doing…

As a member of our Demand Management Team in the Data and Device business unit this individual will be collaborating on a Global team, creating and maintaining accurate forecasts, and developing a thorough demand plan for our Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) located in various regions while continuously seeking revenue opportunities, improving forecast inputs, and delivering Extraordinary Customer Experiences (ECE) to all stakeholders and customers.

As a Demand Analyst III, a typical day may include:
  • Interface with account managers and various product management teams to understand the customer’s business and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Support the Sales and Product Management Teams
  • Support the monthly Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) process
  • Utilize analytical and statistical forecasting tools to monitor and adjust demand plans
  • Facilitate consensus discussions between Global Sales, Product Management and Operations teams
  • Drive continuous improvement on processes and methodologies for collecting information and predicting demand
What Your Background Should Look Like
  • BS Supply Chain, Demand Management or related business degree
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • General understanding of statistical forecasting methods and terminology
Nice To Have
  • Background working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
  • APICS or SIOP Certification
  • Experience with analytical/forecasting systems – SAP IBP, JDA, Xelus, BO
  • Prior collaboration in a Global team setting

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $$87,000-109,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
