Responsibilities

• Support commission calculation and adjustments with the field and Payroll.
• Collect, process, and analyze sales data and market trends.
• Generate strategic sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops leadership to support programs end-to-end.
• Identify tooling and process improvements with measurable impact.
• Share best practices and provide feedback from customer programs.
• Perform ad-hoc special projects as assigned.
