Job Description

Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales commissions in accordance with accepted compensation plans, terms and conditions, standard business practices, and internal controls. Partner with finance to research and satisfactorily resolve compensation audits to ensure accurate payments to sales org.

Responsibilities
  • Understand compensation and revenue recognition policies and procedures
  • Analyze and adjust transactions to ensure accuracy per plan eligibility guidelines
  • Audit and validate accuracy of monthly and/or quarterly commission payments based on plan metrics and bookings by the sales organization
  • Assist sales and finance in reconciliation of sales credit and commission questions based on bookings and revenue recognition policies

US: Hiring Range in USD from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from: $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
