We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to support our sales teams in achieving business goals. The team focuses on process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, maintain compliance, and drive programs that enhance sales velocity and CRM data quality.

Location: These roles are remote in the EMEA and Americas regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily sales operations globally
  • Review opportunities for accuracy and process orders post-deal closure
  • Assist in improving sales data quality and processes
  • Report data quality metrics to executive stakeholders
  • Implement surveys and define relevant metrics
  • Support global sales teams with CRM and sales systems
  • Deliver sales metrics, dashboards, and perform analytical tasks
  • Lead automation and streamline the Lead to Order process
Candidate Profile
  • Strong academic record from high school and university
  • Experience in sales operations or order processing roles
  • Experience in technology subscription businesses
  • Proven ability to drive data quality improvements
  • Proactive, systematic, and focused on scalable outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks
