We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to support our sales teams in achieving their business goals. The Sales Operations team focuses on process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, maintain compliance, and support governance.

The role's success is measured by increased deal velocity and improved CRM data quality, aiding key business decisions. We seek proactive problem solvers and team players passionate about partnering with sales leadership and promoting open source technology.

Location: These roles are remote within the EMEA and Americas regions.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations of the global sales function
  • Review opportunities for accuracy and process orders post-deal closure
  • Assist in improving sales data quality and processes
  • Report data quality metrics to executive stakeholders
  • Implement surveys and define relevant metrics
  • Support sales teams on CRM and other systems
  • Deliver sales metrics, dashboards, and perform analytical tasks
  • Lead automation and streamline the Lead to Order process
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong academic background from high school and university
  • Experience in sales operations or order processing roles
  • Experience with technology subscription businesses
  • Proven ability to drive data quality improvements
  • Energetic, systematic, and focused on scalable outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders globally
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks
