Position Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst will support sales, therapy development, marketing, and other functions by managing and analyzing sales data, maintaining CRM systems, and optimizing sales processes. This role needs to adapt and excel in a growth-focused, rapidly evolving company and is crucial for ensuring data accuracy, generating insights, and enhancing overall sales efficiency within the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Maintenance: Serve a key role on Salesforce team to ensure optimal performance and data integrity. Ensure data accuracy between reporting systems.
- Data Analysis: Conduct routine data analysis to generate reports and provide actionable insights into sales and therapy development performance.
- Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports for real-time visibility into key performance metrics using tools like Power BI or CRM Analytics (Salesforce).
- Sales Process Optimization: Document and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT departments to align on reporting requirements and strategies.
- Training: Provide training and support to drive adoption of reporting tools.
- Content Management: Develop and manage content to support ongoing sales meetings, including presentations, reports, and other materials. Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's goals and strategies.
- Territory Alignments: Ensure territory alignments are accurately maintained, approved, and documented.
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, CRMAnalytics). SQL Knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple assignments effectively.
Salary Range: $79,696 - $100,000 (Annual Base Salary)
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
