Meissner is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to optimize sales performance through reporting, analytics, and process improvements. You will administer commissions, manage discrepancies, and support SPIF execution while ensuring data accuracy.
You’ll develop dashboards and KPIs across the sales stack (CRM, BI tools) and partner with finance and sales teams to drive planning, quota setting, and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
