What You Will Do

• Drive Sales & Retention: Take inbound calls, proactively call on existing accounts, plan retention strategies, generate proposals, and ensure clean handoffs for B2B and residential business.
• Build the Engine: Establish and maintain written SOPs, track sales KPIs for the company dashboard, and manage our Salesforce pipeline.
• Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls and emails with a customer-first mindset, resolving inquiries or seamlessly routing them.
• Coordinate Marketing: Own the marketing calendar, coordinate online/mail campaigns, measure responses, and occasionally represent us at association events.
