Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain departmental calendar.
• Assist in planning/execution of department meetings, events, and incentive trips for Sales department management and agency force.
• Attend to all Department of Insurance Complaints and respond within allotted time frame.
• Compile administrative and analytical reports for management team.
• Implement and monitor projects as directed by management, and see through to completion.
