Job summary

First Class Air Support LLC in Louisville, KY is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to manage customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and deliver outstanding service to a global client base.

You will respond quickly to inquiries, quote prices, handle order management, and collaborate with the Asset Management team to ensure accurate, market-based quotations. A minimum of an associate degree and 2+ years in sales or customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to learn proprietary software and manage CRM data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with timely responses to inquiries and purchase orders.
• Manage order processing and quote management activities.
• Ensure accurate, market-based price quotations in collaboration with Asset Management.
• Conduct routine follow-ups with customers using preferred communication methods.

What you will be doing…

As a Sales Operation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers with First Class service by providing immediate responses to customer inquiries, purchase orders and order management related items. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilize a First In, First Out (FIFO) process for inbound quotes by thoroughly researching requests, gathering current market pricing, and providing timely responses to customers.


• Deliver a consistently professional and service-oriented experience to ensure a First Class customer interaction.


• Collaborate with the Asset Management team to ensure all price quotations reflect accurate, up-to-date, market-based information.


• Conduct routine follow-ups with customers to confirm they have the information they need, using their preferred communication methods.


• Support full coverage of phone, email, and third-party marketplace inquiries, ensuring availability 24/7/365 for global customer needs as part of the Sales Operations team.


• Follow up on customer quotes at least twice daily during regular business hours and coordinate with internal teams to obtain any missing details required for accurate and timely responses.


• Provide exceptional follow-up and customer support to drive repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.


• Perform additional duties as needed to support department and company goals.

What we are looking for…

• Associate’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.


• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Ability to learn proprietary software and manage CRM data effectively.


• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Aviation or aerospace industry experience.


• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems such as Quantum or Salesforce.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.


• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
