Responsibilities

• Process, organize, and operate all sales-related paperwork for the store location.
• Maintain back-office administration under Store Manager guidance.
• Daily answer inbound calls and outgoing calls with a positive tone.
• Help maintain showroom displays during seasonal changes and new product releases.
• Interact with customers on the sales floor with a helpful demeanor.
• Explain the company history, policies, and product processes to customers.
• Assist with regular cleaning tasks for showroom and facilities.
• Lift and move outdoor furniture items up to 35 lbs as needed.
