Job summary

Mirum Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Sales and Marketing Operations to support the commercial team. You will oversee sales operations execution, CRM tooling, reporting, and field communications, partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating compensation processes, maintaining Veeva CRM data, and delivering data-driven insights to improve field effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Field Operations, or related pharma/biotech experience.
• Experience with CRM and BI tools and strong data reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Support field Sales Operations and CRM tooling, responding to questions.
• Manage incentive compensation payout administration and related docs.
• Lead Veeva CRM operations including data maintenance and UAT.
• Coordinate field communications and quarterly newsletters.
• Produce recurring sales/marketing reports and KPIs.
• Develop SOPs and drive process improvements.
