Staffmark Group is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Mer Rouge, LA to support both sales and marketing teams, handling the operational work that makes launches, promotions, and customer programs happen on time and on budget.

The role requires 2-4 years in CPG-related fields, strong organization, Excel/Sheets and Canva/Slides proficiency, and the ability to travel for trade shows. Rice enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in CPG, food and beverage, consumer goods, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Working knowledge of retail promotion and deduction processes
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and basic data cleanup
• Proficiency with presentation and design tools to create sales/marketing collateral
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel for trade shows and events
• Must be a consumer of rice and enjoy cooking

Responsibilities

• Support both marketing and sales teams with operational work for launches, promotions, and customer programs
• Coordinate communications and materials to ensure on-time, on-budget campaigns and events
• Assist with creating collateral and presentations for sales pitches and promotions
• Coordinate travel and logistics for trade shows and events
• Liaise with brokers, retailers, and agencies to facilitate campaigns
