THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS

Gravitee.io is taking APIs to the next level — we are the premier, open source API platform and we want everyone to know how amazing our software is. To make this happen, we are looking for someone passionate, curious and ambitious. This is where you come in.

We are currently recruiting for a talented Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing business. You’ll be a pivotal part of our Go-to-Market (GTM) team, designing and automating systems that generate revenue across the entire customer journey.

Blending strategic thinking , technical implementation, and creative problem-solving to build go-to-market systems that grow our business quicker and more efficiently—while adding more human touch, not losing it.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Your daily to-do list will feature some or all of the following, but is not limited to:

  • Architect an Advanced GTM Motion, optimizing the end to end customer funnel combining technical expertise and creative problem solving - to drive us forward.
  • Design, build, analyse and iterate; sophisticated cross channel inbound/outbound campaigns, exponentially increasing pipeline creation.
  • Own and orchestrate all technology; Hubspot, Clay, Smartlead, CommonRoom, Salesfinity, Heyreach - Measure their success, iterate quickly, create robust integrations—everything is still in the building phase, and you'll help shape it.
  • Leverage AI models and prompt engineering; to help us run faster, generate more quality leads and increase efficiency across sales and marketing.
  • Continuously audit and refine our GTM processes, identifying weaknesses, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and addressing gaps to drive sustained growth.
  • Growth Champion Mindset; be our growth champion, stay updated on all the latest tools and strategies and drive adoption in Gravitee.
  • Live in Clay daily to utilise data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration, to increase the ROI of our GTM investments.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS The right candidate will possess at least the following skills, if not more:

  • Previous experience in a high growth preferably SaaS environment
  • Data proficiency: Comfort with data analytics platforms and the ability to draw actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Technology and AI savvy: understand how to integrate martech systems, use APIs and be well versed in prompt engineering and AI models. Experience with Hubspot, Clay and outbound email infrastructure are a must.
  • Process optimization: A knack for streamlining processes and identifying inefficiencies in go to market and revenue operations.
  • Strategic and creative: Ability to zoom out to 30,000 foot view, and into the nitty gritty details. Creativity is the only bottleneck with this new role/motion.
  • Cross-department communication: Strong interpersonal skills, (and, ideally someone who has worked in several departments throughout their career) as this role often serves as a bridge between sales, product and marketing.
  • Salary up to $130,000
  • Hybrid working with 2 days per week in our New York office
