M/I Homes in Cincinnati seeks a Sales & Marketing Intern to support the team across marketing materials, lead generation, and community activities. You will assist with showings, flyers, website updates, and pricing reviews to help drive traffic and sales.

The role emphasizes learning in a professional office setting, strong communication, and collaboration with realtors and home buyers.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recent graduate.

Assists the Sales & Marketing team in the overall sales process.
Represents M/I Homes in a professional manner with a positive attitude.
Assists with opening models to ensure a professional presentation.
Assists New Home Consultants with presentations to realtors.
Registers customers and inputs information in the Pivotal system.
Assists with creating and sending flyers to customers, realtors, current homeowners, and at events to generate traffic.
Supports inventory home marketing by processing website updates, tracking completion dates, editing and labeling photos, and reviewing pricing for accuracy.
Performs routine administrative duties including work processing, pricing updates, ordering and maintaining sales materials supplies.
Assists with monitoring collateral materials and the company website for accuracy.
Assists with special projects and other duties as required.
Assists with tactical marketing and planning/hosting marketing events.
Performs market analysis and research on competition.
