Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recent graduate.

Responsibilities

Assists the Sales & Marketing team in the overall sales process.
Represents M/I Homes in a professional manner with a positive attitude.
Assists with opening models to ensure a professional presentation.
Assists New Home Consultants with presentations to realtors.
Registers customers and inputs information in the Pivotal system.
Assists with creating and sending flyers to customers, realtors, current homeowners, and at events to generate traffic.
Supports inventory home marketing by processing website updates, tracking completion dates, editing and labeling photos, and reviewing pricing for accuracy.
Performs routine administrative duties including work processing, pricing updates, ordering and maintaining sales materials supplies.
Assists with monitoring collateral materials and the company website for accuracy.
Assists with special projects and other duties as required.
Assists with tactical marketing and planning/hosting marketing events.
Performs market analysis and research on competition.
