Responsibilities

• Assist Sales & Marketing team in developing professional marketing materials and digital content.
• Support lead generation efforts and buyer relationship development.
• Assist with opening models to ensure professional presentation to clients.
• Help New Home Consultants with presentations to realtors.
• Register customers and input information in the system.
• Assist with flyers and event communications to generate traffic and open houses.
• Support inventory home marketing through website updates and pricing reviews.
• Perform routine administrative tasks and maintain sales materials inventories.
• Monitor collateral materials (handouts, brochures, sales literature) and website accuracy.
• Support special projects and assist with tactical marketing and events.
• Conduct market analysis and research on competition.
