You will help develop marketing content, support events, and coordinate with realtors and customers throughout the homebuying process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to learn about market strategies and competitive analysis.

Responsabilités

• Provides assistance to NHC throughout the sales and selection process.
• Represents M/I Homes in a professional manner while possessing a positive attitude.
• Assists with opening models to ensure a professional presentation.
• Assists New Home Consultants (NHC) with presentations to realtors.
• Register customers and input information in Pivotal system.
• Assists with marketing materials such as flyers and events to generate traffic.
• Supports website updates and pricing reviews for accuracy.
• Performs routine administrative functions and maintains sales materials.
• Assist with tactical marketing and planning of marketing events.
• Perform market analysis and research on competition.
