Job summary

Club 45 is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate to drive membership, event tickets, sponsor and camp registrations. This is a W-2, full-time, on-site role in Evergreen, CO with commission-only compensation and a Colorado minimum-wage backstop on hours worked.

You’ll handle tours, membership upgrades, event ticket sales, sponsor deals, and corporate bookings while reporting weekly on pipeline and monthly on commissions. Top performers can reach six figures.

Club 45 is a multi-sport facility in Evergreen, CO, in the middle of a rebuild. We host tennis, pickleball, group fitness, sport-specific coaching, events, and a summer camp. Our member base is active, outdoorsy, and shows up. We’re hiring across roles as we build out programming. The Role

Club 45 is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate to drive membership, event ticket, sponsor, and camp registration revenue. W-2 commission-only with no cap on earnings and a Colorado minimum-wage backstop on hours worked. We provide the platform; you bring the hustle and conversion.

What You’ll Do

• New member acquisition — tours, trial conversions, follow-ups.

Compensation & Benefits

• $115 per new member signup (after 30-day hold).
• $60 per membership tier upgrade.
• 8% of net event ticket revenue (attributed).
• 10% of net new sponsor revenue (12-month cap).
• 10% of net corporate/group bookings.
• $60 per attributed camp registration.
• 5% of vendor referral revenue.
• Colorado minimum-wage backstop on hours worked.
• Estimated total comp: $35,000–$90,000+ depending on volume.
