Townsquare Media, a digital-first media company in NH & ME, seeks a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the Sales department with pre-sale and post-sale tasks. You will organize campaigns, assist with asset collection, client communications, and data-driven reports in a fast-paced environment across Dover, NH and Portland, ME, in-office daily.

Qualifications

• You are a people person, fast learner and love problem solving.
• Demonstrated graphic design and writing experience.
• Expert-level skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
• Organization and time management ninja.
• A natural communicator, comfortable speaking with all levels of the organization.

• Past experience in marketing/advertising welcomed.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Multi-faceted collaboration with Sales, Digital, Traffic, Accounting, radio station Brand Managers and clients to organize campaigns.
• Assist with creation of data-driven ad proposals, PowerPoint decks, one-sheets, and media kits.
• Create data-driven campaign performance reports.
• Maintain sales metrics, databases and client records.
• Manage campaign execution and communications with trade accounts.
• Attend events on behalf of the radio stations.
• Provide administrative support for management.
• Bring a creative mindset to improve workflows.
