Job summary

St Marys Villa in New Jersey seeks a dynamic Sales Marketing / Admissions Hospital Liaison to join the admissions team. This external marketing role requires sales background, excellent organizational skills, and an outgoing personality to build referral networks.

The position involves marketing to hospitals, physicians and community partners, with evening/weekend events as needed and a goal of increasing census through admissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Marketing.
• Strong communication skills, tech savvy.
• Efficient, organized, able to multitask.
• Willingness to attend evening and weekend events several times a year, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, healthcare professionals, Assisted Living Facilities and community organizations.
• Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources.
• Work with Admissions department to meet census goals and convert referrals to admissions.
• Organize and execute marketing presentations and outings within various communities and hospitals.
• Develop outreach programs to engage with the community and raise awareness of our services.
• Attend healthcare events, conferences, networking events and community gatherings to represent our organization.

Responsibilities As a Sales Marketing / Admissions Hospital Liaison

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, healthcare professionals, Assisted Living Facilities and community organizations
