Flox is expanding to the U.S.—and we’re looking for our first Sales Manager to lead the charge.

Flox is a fast-growing technology company with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden and a U.S. office in Half Moon Bay, California. We are transforming human-wildlife interaction by combining cutting-edge genAI, bioacoustics and wildlife science applied on drones and stationary devices that act as a digital sheepdog in the air and on the ground to protect both wild animals and critical infrastructure.

Our patented, autonomous systems are already deployed across Europe and North America, enabling 24/7 wildlife deterrence and monitoring using species-specific bioacoustics and real-time data. Flox helps prevent wildlife hazards at airports, railways, fish farms, cities, farms, and natural reserves—anywhere human-wildlife conflict poses safety, environmental, or economic risks.

After strong traction in Europe, we’re scaling into the U.S.—and this is a unique opportunity to shape that expansion from day one.

The Role: Sales Manager (US)

We’re looking for a commission-only, fractional Sales Manager based in the United States to drive our go-to-market efforts. You will lead sales across diverse sectors where human-wildlife coexistence matters—airports, railroads, aquaculture, agriculture, city governments, and conservation.

This is a performance-based opportunity with a clear path to a full-time role as we build our U.S. team. Ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, moves quickly, and wants to grow with a mission-driven tech company.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Market Entry

Own the U.S. go-to-market strategy and lead the sales pipeline for Flox’s wildlife management solutions.

Identify and close new business across multiple verticals: transportation, aquaculture, agriculture, government, and conservation.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Deliver consistent deal flow and revenue growth in a commission-driven role.

Customer Relationship & Account Development

Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders across industries: airport managers, railroad operators, environmental regulators, fish farm operators, and public officials.

Provide tailored solutions that meet specific operational and environmental needs.

Act as the main point of contact for U.S. customers throughout the sales process.

Market Growth & Strategic Feedback

Analyze customer and market trends to identify new opportunities and support Flox’s product roadmap.

Represent Flox at U.S. customer meetings.

Collaborate directly with the CEO ensure alignment in messaging and customer success.

What We’re Looking For

Proven ability to consistently close deals in sectors such as transportation, infrastructure, agriculture, aquaculture, or public sector.

Familiarity with regulated environments or government procurement is a strong plus.

Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and hungry to convert interest into action.

Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours and regular customer interactions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel within the U.S. for meetings and events.
