What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales growth by selling the employer’s Transload and Cross dock services, focusing on client-specific needs
- Manage a book of business, identifying opportunities to expand service lines and upsell existing clients
- Actively pursue new leads and engage with decision-makers to generate new business within a designated territory
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet revenue goals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement an effective sales plan while working independently and coordinating with the operations team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of demonstrated sales success in 3PL, Intermodal transportation, Transload, and cross dock services
- Proven sales and communication skills, including experience in consultative sales and contract negotiation
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, for tracking leads and managing client engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support organizational goals
