Job summary

CarMax Kenner, LA is seeking a Sales Manager Trainee to join a structured six-to-nine month training program. You’ll lead a commissioned sales team, learn through in-store rotations, and develop the leadership skills needed to become a sales manager.

You will collaborate with other managers to drive store performance, coach associates, analyze sales metrics, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding CarMax EH&S standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with strong performance results.
• Ability to execute long- and short-term sales strategies.
• Skilled in developing action plans to drive team performance.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and influence others.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a commissioned sales team to achieve strong results for your location.
