This role is perfect for a top-performing salesperson with a couple of years of experience in automotive. You’ve got the drive. You’re naturally persuasive. You love being around people and helping others succeed.

-We don’t need someone who knows how to run a desk from top to bottom (yet). We need a leader in the making. Someone who:

-Shows up with energy and ownership

-Loves to win, but wants others to win too

-Knows the Acadiana market and understands how to connect with people here

-Can juggle priorities without needing a 20-tab spreadsheet

-Is coachable, confident, and ready to run

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll assist our GSM in running the sales floor like a pro. That means:

-Jumping in on deals and helping close
-Motivating and supporting the sales team
-Learning how to manage inventory, CRM, and desk flow
-Taking ownership of your showroom and making it hum
-Helping customers get the car they need — with the service they deserve
-Growing into a full-fledged manager by learning the real skills it takes

YOU BRING:

-2+ years in automotive sales
-A people-first mindset
