As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding business in both new and existing accounts, with your focus squarely on driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Your leadership will impact a dedicated group of up to 8 sales professionals located in the Northern Boston area, where you'll play a pivotal role in hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining top talent. Furthermore, your responsibilities extend to engaging and building strong relationships with C-level clients while working cross-functionally across the organization to achieve our ambitious business goals. This is a hybrid role, working onsite regularly out of our office in Foxborough and visiting onsite with customers weekly.
