About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be:

  • Guide for families and older adults — You’ll help older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in, both inside and outside our community.
  • Team player — You’ll collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals, religious leaders, and other organizations.
  • Partner — You’ll work with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals.

Brookdale supports our Sales associates through:

  • 3-week onboarding & orientation with instruction in Brookdale’s sales approach, systems, coaching, ongoing education, and marketing tools.
  • Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement for professional development.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

Base pay will be determined by experience and skills. The role is also eligible for commissions. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k).

Veterans, active military, and spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to reimburse naturalization fees up to $725 for qualified associates after one year of service.
