Position Summary
Responsible for the growth of biopharmaceutical product sales and customer engagement through direct sales efforts, market programs, and leadership of Life Science/Bioscience sales team personnel.
Provide sales forecasts, maintains opportunity pipeline via Salesforce, regularly reviews sales team activities, creates team and customer development plans, implements strategic guidance at a tactical level, provide an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:
5+ years Sales Experience in Biopharmaceutical market
Four (4) year college degree with technical major preferred or equivalent experience.
Travel up to 50%
Minimum of 2 years' experience formally or informally leading people, projects, or programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (O365) and Salesforce is preferred
Direct sales experience with bioprocessing filtration, pumps, single use products, and systems is preferred
