What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with brokerage distribution agencies to ensure seamless collaboration
- Drive business results by crafting and implementing impactful marketing and activity action plans for brokerage distribution relationships
- Manage travel plans aligned with clients' business goals, providing insightful analysis and comprehensive trip summary reports
- Coordinate sales efforts across multiple home office functions, ensuring commitments in brokerage distribution arrangements are delivered
- Stay updated on industry shifts and changes, providing valuable input on the strategic direction of brokerage distribution arrangements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in sales and servicing producers or agencies within the financial industry
- Proven sales success and thorough experience in the life, health, and annuity insurance industry
- Thorough understanding of various brokerage distribution channels
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and training skills
- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and be open to up to 75% travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the simplified issue brokerage distribution channel
- Proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, Zoom, Allego, and Tableau as well as experience with e-application tools and technology
- High-level understanding of data feeds and other operational tools specific to the brokerage distribution channel
- Securities registration, Series 6 & 63 preferred
