SRM Concrete is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a regional team of Sales Representatives. You will drive new business, coach reps to exceed goals, and build lasting customer relationships across the region.

You will collaborate with leadership to align sales strategy with company objectives, travel regionally, and represent SRM at industry events. A hybrid office/field arrangement and a strong service culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B sales and regional market development.
• Ability to travel regionally and manage a multi-location team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive new business development across your region by setting ambitious goals and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance; provide actionable feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with company leadership to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Support customer relationships by engaging with key accounts and ensuring the highest standard of service.
• Champion SRM Concrete’s values in every interaction—integrity and teamwork.
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Quality Control to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Representatives for success.
• Represent SRM Concrete at industry events and community engagements.
