The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a positive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Flexibility in availability (days, nights, weekends) is essential, supporting a team committed to customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment.
• Welcome customers and provide assistance with product styles.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards while coaching others.
• Perform supervisor responsibilities by driving results and addressing concerns.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.
• Offer feedback to the store team and raise performance concerns.
• Support the team with Asset Protection and safety awareness.

What You’ll Do

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Consistently model service standards and omni‑channel experience while coaching others to success.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow‑through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns promptly and with an appropriate resolution.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity and implement actions to drive results.
• Build customer loyalty through company‑sponsored programs, including credit.
• Offer consistent, in‑the‑moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to Store Manager.
• Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation.
• Support store team with Asset Protection through consistent level of customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls.

Qualifications

• Positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 pounds as needed with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
