Curtiss Wright Industrial Division is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial growth and customer development across its industrial markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other functions to deliver profitable growth. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with a solid understanding of technical products and industrial markets. This is a highly collaborative role requiring the ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into actionable sales strategies while maintaining a strong focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Location: Arlington Heights, IL (Onsite) Salary Range: $125,000.00 - 135,000.00 Annual per year plus bonus Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Illinois. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales activities and developing business opportunities for Curtiss Wright Industrial Group Portfolio. You will manage relationships with key customers, identify and pursue new market opportunities, support strategic account development, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal business objectives. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to develop winning commercial strategies, support new product introductions, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, which includes the legacy brands of Arens Controls, Penny & Giles, PG Drives Technology and Williams Controls, is an excellent supplier in providing components and sub-systems which enable customer specific solutions for on- and off-highway vehicles. These include medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses and motor coaches, construction and agricultural vehicles, materials handling, and other specialty vehicles, as well as sophisticated wheelchairs and scooters for medical mobility.
