Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of high‑impact sales experience leading loan officers.
• Prefer experience in FinTech, MortgageTech or PropTech with home‑buying context.
• Licensed mortgage professional with knowledge of lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a world‑class team of Loan Advisors to meet monthly KPIs.
• Coach daily activities and conduct audits to improve performance.
