We are a growing company based in Washington looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and team targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Train and mentor the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
