All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking ambitious sales professionals for a Sales Manager in Training (MIT) program. This unique opportunity is designed for driven closers who want to accelerate their careers into management while continuing to earn at an elite level.

With a structured leadership development program, one-on-one mentorship, and a proven sales system, you’ll gain the experience needed to become a Sales Manager.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience (high-ticket, in-home, or direct-to-consumer preferred).
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals.
• Strong leadership potential and desire to coach others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for evenings and weekends as appointments require.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments.
• Conduct professional in-home consultations.
• Present customized home improvement solutions.
• Demonstrate product value, financing options, and promotional offers.
• Close high-value residential sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up.
• Develop leadership and coaching skills through the MIT program.
• Shadow experienced Sales Managers during coaching and field development.
