Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, follow-up questions, and staying engaged in conversations about money. A strong startup mindset and reliable 40-hour availability, including Saturdays, are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or collections preferred.
• Proven communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
