The role involves inbound and outbound calls, ongoing coaching, and a strong emphasis on achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or collections preferred.
• Strong communication and quick learning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand needs and guide decisions.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations, including money discussions.
• Ask follow-up questions and stay engaged to close conversations.
• Learn through coaching and feedback to perform consistently.
