The role emphasizes fast growth through structured training, feedback, and coaching, with a focus on developing confidence, resilience, and sales fundamentals in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
