You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions. Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
