Titan Factory Direct is seeking a Sales Manager in Training to join our Austin area team. You will receive aggressive commissions and bonuses, along with comprehensive sales training, as you fast-track into leadership roles within a high-energy, results-driven culture.

Expect coaching, ongoing development, and a focus on selling manufactured, modular, and tiny homes. You will engage customers across digital channels and events, helping families find homes that fit their budget and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English advantageous for customer interaction.
• High-energy, confident communication style is expected.
• Strong ability to influence and close deals.
• Solid marketing instincts, especially on social platforms.
• Candidate must be available on Saturdays.
