Titan Factory Direct is seeking a Sales Manager-in-Training to join a leadership-track program. You will lead the customer journey from initial contact to close, selling manufactured, modular, and tiny homes without requiring a real estate license.

Expect aggressive coaching and a fast path to Senior Sales Manager and General Manager roles. The role rewards performance with uncapped commissions, a strong bonus structure, and rapid advancement.
