Job summary

Hudson's Furniture in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a Sales Manager in Training to learn the business from the sales floor and prepare for leadership within 6–12 months. You will engage customers, close sales, and drive performance while developing leadership skills and participating in a structured training program.

This role offers competitive pay, uncapped commissions, and advancement opportunities as you master our sales process and lead a high-performing team in our furniture store.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience or success in a performance-driven environment.

Hudson's Furniture is looking for proven sales professionals who are ready for their next challenge. Our Sales Manager in Training Program is designed for competitive, results-driven individuals who want to build a successful sales career while developing the skills needed to lead a high-performing sales team.

This is not a traditional management trainee position. You will first learn our business by becoming successful on the sales floor. You'll work directly with customers, build relationships, close sales, achieve performance goals, and learn what it takes to succeed at Hudson's before stepping into leadership.

For the right person, the goal is advancement into Sales Management within 6-12 months.

Earning Potential

• Average Sales Associates: $50,000+ annually
• Strong Performers: Six-figure earning potential
• Top Performers: $150,000+ annually
• Uncapped commission
