What You’ll Do:

You will be the face of our hotel in the community, focusing on sales. We need someone who is outgoing, happy, loves making new connections, and creating memorable events and meetings for clients and guests. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with existing clients and acquiring new ones.
  • Creating proposals that make good business sense and lead to win-win scenarios.
  • Attending networking events and staying updated on community and industry news.
  • Making calls, visiting outside appointments, and enticing prospective clients to visit, creating "WOW" experiences.
  • Visiting clients to ensure they feel valued.
  • Occasionally attending evening sales events to build relationships and close deals.
Where You’ve Been:

You have a strong sales background with a proven track record. You are outgoing, warm, friendly, and recognize good business opportunities. You possess excellent communication skills, are results-oriented, and can work under pressure. You’re not afraid to get hands-on for the team’s success.

When You’re Here:
