West Shore Home in San Marcos, TX is seeking an In-Home Sales Manager to lead our growing team. This on-site role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and driving weekly performance through hands-on leadership and strategic guidance.

You will review appointments, coach the team, and lead weekly meetings to boost conversions, with uncapped commission potential and nationwide support behind you.

• Effectively utilize In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure coaching and feedback.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Manager, you'll:

• Review schedule of appointments set by Inside Sales and adjust accordingly within the sales team
• Review disposition results daily and coach the team to assist them with their upcoming appointments.
• Prepare and lead weekly sales meeting.
• Drive team results by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.
• Effectively utilize In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent and effective coaching and feedback.
