Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. in Ada, OK is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, generate leads, close lease agreements, and oversee daily merchandise presentation to ensure showroom standards.

This role offers a base hourly rate with performance-based incentive pay and a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, HSA/FSAs, and a 401(k) with match. You will work a varied schedule (9:00 am–8:00 pm) and must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.

• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.
