Aaron’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager in Phoenix to lead store sales, generate leads, close lease agreements and manage showroom merchandising. The role includes supervising daily operations and performing customer service duties to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (US)
• Valid driver's license and compliant with DQ policy
• DOT certification may be required in location
• Ability to work a 9:00 am – 8:00 pm schedule
• Lift up to 50 lbs. solo and 300 lbs. with assistance

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable
