We are growing rapidly and seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build relationships, generate leads, and drive revenue growth in a local market.
Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, cultivating strategic relationships, and closing profitable mold remediation projects. This role requires a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and attention to detail. You will be the face of ZeroMold in the field, focused on expanding our network and growing our local presence.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Development
· Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, encapsulation companies, remodeling contractors, inspectors, and other strategic partners.
· Attend industry events, networking groups, and meetings to promote ZeroMold’s services.
· Follow up regularly to nurture ongoing partnerships and identify new referral opportunities.
Lead Generation and Management
· Proactively identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors.
· Track and manage leads sourced from personal outreach as well as corporate channels (e.g., Angie’s List, Google Ads, website).
· Submit timely and accurate bids, estimates, and proposals.
· Follow up on open bids to secure contracts and ensure project closure.
Sales and Reporting
· Maintain an organized sales pipeline and log all activity in the CRM or reporting system.
· Track and report weekly marketing and sales activities.
· File expense reports and maintain a detailed mileage log.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Territory Management
· Develop and execute a local territory plan aligned with company goals.
· Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity.
· Represent ZeroMold professionally in all client and partner interactions
