What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
  1. Leading yourself and the team in support of AutoNation’s Vision and Mission.
  2. Setting clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in vehicle sales and profit.
  3. Engaging and motivating the team to meet key goals and follow AutoNation best practices.
  4. Driving business through active involvement in daily operations.
  5. Ensuring timely handling of e-leads, answering questions, providing information, and setting appointments.
  6. Managing follow-up with e-leads through their research phase until purchase.
  7. Transitioning customers effectively from online contact to in-store experience.
  8. Managing negotiations with Sales Associates, ensuring customers understand their purchase options and pricing.
  9. Appraising trade-in vehicles.
  10. Managing customer traffic in Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones.
  11. Partnering with General Manager/General Sales Manager for inventory planning.
  12. Assisting in managing controllable expenses for the Vehicle Departments.
  13. Analyzing business performance and developing improvement action plans.
How will I know if I am successful?
  • Achieving targeted e-lead conversions to appointments.
  • Meeting unit sales and gross profit targets.
  • Retaining associates as targeted.
  • Achieving Customer Satisfaction Index goals.
What are the requirements for this job?
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven success in eCommerce automotive sales.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and train others.
  • Ability to set and meet goals.
  • Ability to deliver an exceptional Customer experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization and follow-up skills.
  • Experience and interest in working with technology.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
What are the opportunities for career growth?

This position offers commission-based compensation, averaging $10,000-$15,000 per month.
