Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Audit & Refurbishment (A&R) Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for selling A&R Services to our Actiflo Installed Base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, supervising service contractor partnerships, overseeing the execution of A&R projects, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our refurbished Actiflo systems. This individual should possess a strong technical background in Actiflo systems, including centrifugal slurry pumps, top-mounted mixers, clarifier gear drives / scraper systems, PLCs, hydrocyclones, chemical feed equipment, and various fabricated parts. This position is remote-based with moderate travel (~30%).

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue for A&R Services to our Actiflo Installed Base.
  2. Manage aftermarket inquiries and spare parts for installed Actiflo systems throughout the US, promoting our A&R services.
  3. Identify refurbishment opportunities for Actiflo systems installed across the US, including industrial and municipal sites.
  4. Expand A&R services to new markets, including competitors' sand ballasted clarifiers and lamella settling systems.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with our Actiflo Installed Base, plant operators, equipment suppliers, fabricators, external sales reps, and contractors.
  6. Collaborate with equipment suppliers and contractors to ensure service quality and performance meet or exceed customer expectations.
  7. Develop competitive pricing strategies considering the value of our A&R services.
  8. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting cost-effectiveness, OEM expertise, sustainability, and performance benefits of refurbishment.
  9. Analyze activity trends, inventory, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  10. Work with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns for Actiflo A&R Services.
  11. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics in collaboration with the Service Director.
  12. Provide regular reports on sales performance, activity trends, inventory, and forecasts.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, water treatment regulations, and environmental standards.
  14. Coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate system information to clients.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business related field.
  2. 5+ years in sales management, customer service, or environmental technologies, preferably in water treatment.
  3. Proven success in achieving sales targets or project execution in water treatment or environmental sectors.
  4. Strong knowledge of Actiflo technology, mechanical equipment, and industry trends.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts.
  7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Suite.
  8. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  9. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
