United Furniture in Waldorf, MD is seeking a full-time Sales Leadership role that combines hands-on leadership on the sales floor with ongoing coaching and development of a high-performing team. You will drive personal and store sales, manage recruiting and performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive, hands-on sales leadership training program.
• Maintain a strong and visible leadership presence on the sales floor by actively selling, coaching, and driving performance.
• Deliver personalized customer service while achieving individual and store sales goals.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Promote and maintain a high-performance sales culture focused on all products and services offered.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a welcoming and visually appealing showroom.
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Support associates in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
